Welcome to my RUclips channel! I test and investigate products involved in accidents and injuries to try to figure out what happened and to help ensure product safety thru the law firm I work at. Additionally, I build demonstrative exhibits for court cases, which allow juries to fully understand complex scenarios. But the fun doesn't stop there - I also enjoy building unique furniture pieces and creating art installations.
When I'm not working on my latest project, I love to go on adventures on my boat or motorcycles. I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting experiences to share with you.
And sometimes, my daughter takes over the channel even joins me for some fun and lighthearted videos.
Through this channel, I hope to share my passion for both creativity and product safety with you. Follow me on my journey of exploration, inspiration, and occasional silliness. Don't forget to hit that subscribe button and join the community for more!

Hi it is Chloe ❤🎉

Don't open it while it still steaming. That day, I forced to open it and now I'm commenting from heaven
im from under water
You are proof positive of the well-known doctrine that whenever an engineer designs a fool-proof safety device, Mother Nature laughs and designs a better fool. You had to FORCE that cover against resistance to open it even though there was only a pound of two of pressure in it. That's not a design flaw or a manufacturing defect; that's PILOT ERROR. WHAT PART OF 'DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE COVER UNTIL THERE IS NO PRESSURE INSIDE' DO YOU FAIL TO UNDERSTAND??
New engine unlocked cooker200
What are the 2 other horns for?
👌 "promo sm"
I played the explosion part in 0.25 speed 🤯🤯
Thank you for removing my urge, intrusive thoughts of opening a pressure cooker while under pressure :)
Hahaha... you're welcome. ;)
I was told never trust an atom, the make up everything
May i use it to make my assignment? Thanks
Sure! Send me a link to how you end up using it if appropriate and easy. Let me know if you have any questions. Please credit the animator @JaredOwen. His youtube is amazing
Now do operating range 10 - 15 lbs... Oh, You can't? Hmmmm...
What is the point you are trying to make? I fear you do not understand the danger of this defect? Its not supposed to open under any pressure above zero.
@@MrRolandOchoa 2 lbs of pressure IS functionally zero lbs of pressure.
@@markleng67 Here's 3 lbs of pressure with the lid opening, sir. Doesn't look like "zero." ruclips.net/video/lA2vbJQKsfg/видео.htmlsi=S6vvd8mU0Qwb7RjQ

I still dont know what are those two little things do
The manual says that it is dangerous. Also, please show your actual injury statistics. It's difficult to make your case without solid stats. Thanks
PLA and ABS isn’t food grade, I would definitely suggest dipping that tamper in a food grade epoxy or some form of sealant to help keep it clean and prevent bacterial buildup. Happy printing!
Great tip! Thanks. But I suspect more than half the stuff I stick in my mouth isn't food grade. Anyone else ever stick nails in their mouth while they are hammering? I'm not to worried. 😂
Printing with those plastics is no different than using wood utensils in terms of bacteria buildup so I don't think there's much of a risk as long as you wash it.
True
Even in the off chance that there is something like bacterial buildup, the bottom (active) surface of the tool is almost entirely flat. On top of that, presumably the tamper will be used on dry coffee as well. No heat will be applied to the plastic. It's a non issue here.
@@YrocsrellesI wouldn’t use a wooden tamper for this either. you’re right though :)

Did you try to stay under your can while pass by? Cars are dangerous!!!!!
You are correct-- cars are dangerous, but they have been slowly made safer over time by the addition of things like seat belts, airbags, crumple zones and the like. A simple prop guard would fix this danger. Thanks for commenting I appreciate it.
Just an opinion, but I prefer the more burnished, gun blue look. It seems to create more contrast between the feel of the metal and the feel of the reclaimed wood. I think that gives the imperfections in the wood the chance to stand out more.
So in other words, more work for me :)
Auto darkening would make it so much more efficient
Efficiency is over rated.
Thank you, I was curious but not curious enough to try it myself 😂
Do not try this at home.
year -60 , is in this pressure cooker ?
Don't understand your question. Rephrase if possible.
This is essentially what happened at chernobyl but with radiation.
Excelente experimento resuelve curiosidades, sin que nadie salga lastimado 👌
Sí, el experimento funcionó bien. Gracias.
I did this once when the cooker had like 10 or 15% pressure. Burns on my arms, stomach and face. Was blind in my left eye for a week.
Wow. Sorry to hear you got hurt.
Gobless hoss
Your first world is becoming a fourth world 😂
Fast!
If you’re tryna drain that pool it would take a month and a half lol
Just a little off the top...
No, that’s redneck engineering
You might be a redneck...
Lmao puttin that drill to work
Drill baby drill!
It's the little things like dipping the bit in oil, that shows the quality in your work
Thanks for the comment. Oil makes the tool last longer.
Truth
You should consider having a respirator for this work, safety first
Good point. Thanks !
stupidest short ever

Step 1 was cut for those wondering.
No Step 1 was clean! You gotta clean your Steel first.

My mom used to say that ,when i was in my mom's womb , she opened the lid with under the pressure...but anyhow we survived with a little burns**🤧, THANKS FOR THIS INFORMATIVE VIDEO.....
Thanks i've always been wondering 😂
Can these things just explode if you don’t open them
Oh yes--- if the something goes wrong with the pressure relief valves (foaming from beans is often a culprit, over filling is another) then the pressure can build up to the point that they explode like a bomb. Here's a picture of the stove after one of our controlled experimental explosions: qph.cf2.quoracdn.net/main-qimg-31381b37362ba6dd2b8bedf74c359634-lq
That was cool
wow only 3 psi crazy
I have an instant pot the lid twist which which secures it and when it is pressure cooking it automatically locks the lid where when the float valve rises The thicker part of the bottom valve automatically pushes out the locking mechanism where the lid cannot be turned which keeps the lid on a track and it cannot be pulled off until it’s twisted counterclockwise which that locking mechanism stops that from happening when float valve is raised up hearing pressure mode. However people need to be careful when they buy some of the stuff on Certain web sites and you see it really cheap because some research has shown with anything there are counterfeit items and you want something that is going to be sturdy and actually made by Annie manufacturer who makes the product which is laboratory tested. Sometimes people make a mistake to try to pick one up and move it while it’s cooking as I said mine has a locking mechanism but if that mechanism for some reason was to fail and you accidentally twisted or drop it while you’re moving it ain’t no telling what could happen. With that being said I’ve never had an issue with mine it’s pretty safe.
Good points. You can't always trust the lock. Also keep in mind when they "test" these they don't test every one. Just a few samples at the beginning of production. That means, in effect, you are the one testing the one you buy. Be careful with pressure cookers!
Pls how can I handle my pressure cooker when turned to the lid is true to the wrong side and can't open again? I have my food to inside and I can't open it now. Pls it's urgent thanks.

What company makes the best pressure cookers with good safety for a home cook?
No idea. I wouldn't use any after what I learned. I order out. ;)
Presto
These things are the work of the devil! I was pressure cooking a bird for my family's thanksgiving dinner. When they all gathered around to see as I opened up the gloriously cooked bird meat, *BOOM* ! A huge explosion caused shrapnel and bird meat to fly out in all directions! I briefly lost consciousness; and shortly after, awoke to the devastating scene laid before me. I dare not describe what I witnessed at that moment. The only reason I'm here to tell this horror is because I was of course wearing my cooking protection gear, as every cook does. All my family is now dead thanks to this ticking time bomb and even the mention of that bird.. the T-word... it triggers my PTSD. Stay far, *far* away from these things.
Sounds terrible.
Sorry for your loss. But I bet there are esome human error came into play. Maybe you did not release build up pressure properly.
@@mikemierspadios7036 exactly
Sorry about your loss. I'm curious as to what sort of protection you were sporting that would have saved your life from such a horrific mishap? I personally only wear an apron and maybe some pot holders while cooking in the kitchen.
If you didn't depressurise it it's completely your fault, you should've known better.
Hm 11 liters?🤔
The pot in this animation is based on an 8 quart model.
Amazing!
I literally tried to force one open but gladly it had a safety lock on it.
Wow. Be careful. What my experiments showed me was that at full pressure most are very hard to open because of the friction on the locking lugs (tabs on the side of lid and pot) but as the pressure drops there is a point where you can open it. The only thing that stops you is the lock. If the lock is faulty or not there like in some models then it can open. Play it safe.... use a microwave. ;)
